Start with an 11x13 glass dish

1 can black beans drained
- cover bottom of dish

1 red onion chpped
- sprinkle over beans

1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- sliced, place over onions

1 16 oz jar fruity salsa (pineapple, raspberry or regular if you prefer)
- spoon over cream cheese

8 oz shredded pepper jack cheese
- sprinkle over salsa

Bake on 350 until bubbly 25-30 min

Serve with crackers or chips
