1 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking soda
tsp. nutmeg
1 cup eggnog
5 cups all purpose flour
1 egg lightly beaten
Colored Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat/cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggnog, baking soda, nutmeg. Add flour gradually mix well. Cover and chill one hour. Roll out of dough on a lightly floured surface. Roll out 1/8 inch thick. Cut into shapes. Place on greased baking sheet. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with sugar. Bake 350 degrees 6-8 minutes.
