3 cups milk
2 boxes french vanilla pudding
8 oz cool whip
1 box graham crackers
1 can chocolate icing

Directions:
Directions:
Layer bottom of 9 x 12 inch pan with graham crackers. Mix milk, cool whip and pudding in bowl. Put mixture over crackers. Put layers of crackers, then remaining mixture, then crackers. Microwave icing 10 seconds and pour over crackers. Refrigerate a few hours.
