1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 3 large)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/3 cups Bisquick
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease a loaf pan. Stir all ingredients together until well blended. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 55 to 65 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes and then run knife around edges and remove from pan.
