1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. + 1 heaping tbsp. flour (possibly more)
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Cream together powdered sugar, sugar, butter and vegetable oil. Beat in eggs and vanilla until mixture resembles frosting. Add dry ingredients of flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt into the mixture. Roll into balls and smash with glass cup (bottom of cup is covered in butter and dipped into sugar before smashing the dough balls). Bake cookies on greased sheet for 6-7 minutes or less.
