2 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup + 1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. butter, cut into 1/4" pieces, chilled
1/2 cup peanut butter chips
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup half-and-half
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 375ºF. In bowl mix flour, 1/3 c. sugar, baking powder and salt. With pastry blender or 2 knives, cut butter into flour mixture until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in chips.

Combine half-and-half, 1 egg and vanilla. Stir into flour mixture until dough forms. On lightly floured surface, knead dough 30 seconds. Press into 12" circle, about 1" thick. Cut into 8 wedges. Transfer to ungreased baking sheet.

Beat remaining egg; brush over tops of dough. Sprinkle with remaining sugar. Bake 20 minutes or until golden. Cool on rack 5 minutes.
