Ingredients:  
8 cups cornbread crumbs
3 cups loaf bread crumbs or biscuit crumbs
1 sleeve saltines, crushed
2 Tbsp parsley
1 Tbsp parsley
1 Tbsp poultry seasoning
1 Tbsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup butter or margaring
3 cups chopped celery
1 cups chopped onions
3 or 4 cans chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all bread crumbs and add seasoning. Saute onion and celery in 1/2 cup butter until tender. Add to crumb mixture. Add enough broth to make dressing soft. Refrigerate until ready to cook. Add to turkey the last hour it cooks at 325. This will make a juicier dressing. You may also cook dressing by itself for 1 hour at 325. If it dries out, add more broth.
