2 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. butter
1 c. white corn syrup
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 lb. pecans
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. milk chocolate chips
2 tbsp. shortening

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, mix the brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt until sugar dissolves. Gradually add milk. Cook to 248 F. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Fold in pecans. Drop by tablespoons to waxed paper sprayed with Pam. Cool. Melt the chocolate chips and shortening and drizzle chocolate over pecans.
