1 loaf white bread

1 pkg cream cheese, softened
1 egg yolk
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Melted butter
Cinnamon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut crusts off bread and flatten with rolling pin.

Mix together the cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar and vanilla. Spread the cream cheese mixture on each piece of flattened bread and roll up. Dip each roll in melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 20 minutes at 325.
