3 (7 oz.) cans whole green chilis
1 lb. jack cheese shredded
1 lb. sharp cheese shredded
4 eggs
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
5 tbsp. flour
16 oz. jar salsa
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325 F. Mix chilis and two cheeses and put into 9 x 13" pan. Mix eggs, milk, flour, salt and pepper. Pour over chili mixture. Top with jar of salsa. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with warm tortillas or chips.
