Ingredients:  
2 lbs small red potatoes
8 oz. tub of cream cheese (I use fat free)
Handful of parsley, fresh or dried
Splash of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes. Drain. Return to pot.
Add remaining ingredients and mash with potato masher to desired consistency. (I like to leave mine lumpy).
Serve.
