Chicken breast
1 can-Rotel
1 can-cream of mushroom
1 can-cream of chicken
1\2 green bell pepper diced
1\2 onion diced
cheese
corn tortillas
1-tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken and then shed in to pieces. In a skillet saute peppers and onions with the butter until soft. Add chicken, Rotel, cream of mushroom, cream of chicken and mix together. To finish off you can do it two ways. The lazy I'm in a hurry way which is to add the cheese and tear the tortilla in to piece and add into the skillet and mix together and serve. Or you can layer the tortilla and the chicken mixture in a casserole dish and top with cheese. Heat in the oven for about 15 minutes or until cheese melts and serve.
