6 venison steaks
milk
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Tenderize steaks with a mallet or coke bottle.
Soak steaks in milk for several hours.
Dredge steaks in flour mixture and brown in hot skillet of oil. Do not overcook, salt & pepper.
