1 1/3 c. sugar
1 c. butter; melted
1 tbsp. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. water
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. walnuts; chopped

Directions:
Directions:
MIx together sugar, butter, corn syrup and water in a 2 quart microwave safe baking dish. Microwave on High for 10 to 12 minutes or until caramel in color; stirring twice. Quickly stir in vanilla. Pour into greased 9 x 12 pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Let stand until chips soften; spread evenly. Sprinkle with walnuts. Let sit in a cool place until set. Break into pieces.
