3 egg yolks
1 c. brown sugar; packed
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. margarine
1 baked 9 in. pie shell
3 egg whites
Sugar to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together egg yolks, brown sugar, flour, milk, and margarine in double boiler. Cook until thickened; stirring constantly. Pour into pie shell. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; adding sugar to taste. Spread over pie. Bake in a preheated 350 oven until light brown.
