1 lg pkg hashbrowns (southern style)
1 can crème mushroom soup
1 pint sour crème
1 stick melted butter
2 cups graded cheddar cheese
splash white wine
1 small onion chopped
1 more stick of butter
2 cups crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together except potatoes, 2nd stick of butter and corn flakes.
Add potatoes put into 9 ½” x 11” buttered casserole and then top with crushed corn flakes and the last stick of melted butter.
Cook at 350 for 45 minutes
