Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds bonless chicken breast
6 cups eater
1 tablespoon Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
1 T butter
1 Can Hungry Jack Biscuits (10)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in water for 30-35 minutes.
Remove chicken and chop up. Take the biscuits and flatten each biscuit and then cut each biscuit into three strips. Put one TBS butter into the broth and bring to a boil. Drop biscuits into boiling broth one at a time. When finished with biscuits then add chicken back in and cook on medium for 10 minutes. Sometimes I add more water before I add the biscuits because the chicken seems to have cooked the water down too much.
