1 pound brie
1 large red onion diced
2-3 cloves garlic chopped
1/2 cup fresh basil diced
small amount course black pepper
1/2 up olive oil
6 small ripe tomatoes diced
1 pound pasta

Directions:
Directions:
blend all ingredients but tomatoes and brie and let soak for flavor. Freeze brie and cut into small pieces without the rind. Cook pasta, save 1/2 cup hot water . Toss all ingredients together and then add the water. Toss again to melt cheese.
