2 cans whole kernal corn
1 can cream corn
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
1 box of Jiffy Muffin Mix
1 cup sour cream

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 375 for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown
