1 pkg. cole slaw mix
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup almond slices
2 pkgs. Ramen oriental noodles, chicken flavor
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup cider vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
Black pepper, as desired

Directions:
Directions:
Dump slaw mix in very large bowl and discard any large core type slices. Add onions, sunflower seeds, almonds. Crush oriental noodles into bite size clumps.

About 5 minutes before serving, prepare oil, cider vinegar, sugar and seasoning packets from noodles in microwave for short intervals, until warm and mixed well. Pour over slaw mixture, stirring well.

Can be doubled easily .... you can add shredded carrots, etc. if you desire.
