1 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 T butter
2/3 cup milk
4 medium tomatos
salt & pepper to taste
3/4 cup real mayo
1/2 cup grated parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder & salt. Cut in butter, Add milk, and stir until dough forms. Press in bottom and sides of a 9" pie pan. Slice tomatoes and arrange in arrange in layers over the dough. Sprinkle salt and pepper between layers. Mix mayo and cheese and spread over the top the the tomatoes to cover completely. Bake in oven 400 fpr 25 minutes. Serve hot!
