2 jars whole boiled onions--1 pound size 3 T butter melted 2 cups creme 1 cup grated mild cheddar cheese 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp nutmeg 2 dashes Tabasco Sauce 1 Cup Bread crumbs
Place onions in casserole dish. Melt butter then add flour and blend well over low heat. Then add creme, cheese, salt, paprika and nutmeg. Cook over low until creamy. Pour sauce over onions and bake at 350º until it bubbles.
