1 onion chopped 2 T flour 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup sour creme 2 cans shoepeg corn drained 1 pkg bacon
Cook bacon and save grease to saute onion Cut onion and saute in bacon grease add flour and salt--stir Add sour creme and stir until bubbly Add corn Put in casserole and sprinkle bacon on top Bake for 30 minutes at 350º
