Salad:
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 pkg. fresh spinach
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 bunch green onions, chopped
6 eggs, hard boiled
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbly





Dressing:
2 cups mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix

Directions:
Directions:
In a very large mixing bowl tear lettuce and spinach. Thaw peas, then add. Add onions. Top with chopped eggs and bacon. Mix dressing ingredients and pour over salad like icing. Put in refrigerator over night. Toss and serve.
