1 pound hot sausage
3 cups bisquick
3/4 cup water
1 can cheddar cheese soup
2 cups shredded cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
Fry sausage and drain. Mix all ingredients together and then spray muffin pans with Pam. Fill 3/4 full and bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes until golden. (watch them the time seems to really fluxuate with different ovens!) Remove from tins while still warm and freeze if you make them more than 24 hours ahead.
