Ingredients:

16 oz tomato sauce
6 oz tomato paste
12 oz chopped green chilies
3 medium tomatoes chopped
1 medium Vidalia onion chopped
4 green onions chopped
1 lime squeezed (or 2 T lime juice)
5 jalapeņos finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
1 1/2 tsp cumin
2 T course ground pepper
2 T balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. This is pretty hot (we like it that way) It gets hotter as it sits but you can adjust it by cutting out some jalapeņos and cumin. Or hotten it up by adding cayenne. Karl has developed this over the years and is best with summer tomatoes!
