1 cup mayonaisse
2 T lemon juice
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp garlic powder

8 oz crumbled blue cheese

Directions:
mix together first 6 items and then add cheese.
Let sit for at least 48 hours in refrigerator (duh!)
The longer it sits the better. Will keep for weeks in a well sealed jar. If it gets too thick you can thin it with milk.

Personal Notes:
You can use it as a salad dressing, of course, also great on top of burgers, dips for veggies, on your finger for a low calorie treat...but our family loves it on left over turkey sandwiches on the Friday after Thanksgiving!
