1 1/2 lb ground chuck, browned, drain
1/2 onion, chopped
1-2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 cans 16 oz tomato sauce
2 cans 16 oz diced tomatoes
1 tsp sugar
1 T Italian seasoning
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground chuck, onion and garlic cloves in skillet. Drain excess fat. Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes. Stir. Add seasonings. Cover, simmer for 45-1 hour. Uncover and cook another 30 minutes.
