6 medium squash (boiled and Drained)
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 carrots chopped finely
1 stick butter
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 8 oz sour cream
1 egg (beaten)
1 pkg Cornbread stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farms)
1 pkg of grated American or Velvetta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
First Heat the butter, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, egg and the cornbread stuffing mix. Then add the cooked squash onion and carrot's and mix together well. Pour into a casserole dish and sprinkle with grated American or velvetta cheese. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350
