3 1/2 c. water
1 c. grits
1 egg
1 stick butter
1 roll garlic cheese, diced
Milk
Grated sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and add grits. Be sure grits aren't too runny.

In Pyrex dish place 1 stick butter and diced garlic cheese. Pour grits over butter and cheese.

In separate 1 cup container, add 1 egg and fill up rest of cup with milk. Stir. Fold into grit mixture. Sprinkle cheedar cheese on top. Bake at 325 for 30-45 minutes.

Very important the grits aren't runny! Best if they are very thick, because the egg mixture and butter/cheese will make grits more liquid/runny.
