2 tbsp. Cavendar's
1/2 c. olive oil
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 to 3 boneless chicken breasts (may substitute shrimp)
bowtie or penne pasta
1 jar pimento
black and green olives, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 jar marinated artichokes, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1 squash or zucchini, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Dressing: Mix Cavendar's, olive oil, lemon juice, and mayonnaise and set aside. Combine meat and vegetables and pour dressing over pasta. Mix well. Chill.
