1lb ground beef
2 medium red potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 Tbsp beef bouillon
1 1/2 c water
1.c chopped onion
2 Tbsp green pepper
1/2 tsp salt
3 Tbsp flou 2 1/2 c milk divided
1 c shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in lrg pan; crumble and drain. Add potatoes, water, onion, green pepper, bouillon and salt. Stir well; bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20-25 min. or until vegetables are tender. Combine flour and 1/2 c milk. Add to vegetables, stirring constantly. Stir in remaining 2 cups milk. Cook over medium heat,stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened. Add cheese; stir constantly until cheese melted
