Seafood with Linguine Recipe

3 tbsp olive oil
2 sticks of butter
1 tbsp fresh parsley (rinsed,dried and chopped)
* salt and pepper to taste
1 cup of chardonnay
1 lemon (juiced)
1 10oz package button mushrooms (cleaned and sliced)
2 plum tomatoes (seeded and chopped small)
3/4 lb of shrimp (shell removed and deveined)
3/4 lb of squid (cleaned,sliced with tentacles)
3/4 lb sea scallops (cut in half)

1. Rinse seafood well and pat dry, lightly dust in flour.

2. Heat large sauce pan on med and add olive oil,butter and garlic with the shrimp. cook for about 3 min

3. Add the mushrooms,tomatoes,salt and pepper to taste cook for 2 more min

4. Add the wine and juice of 1 lemon and reduce by half cook for 10-12 more min

5. Finish by adding the scallops and squid cook for 3-5 more minutes

6. Serve with white rice and top with fresh basil
