1/2 butter or margarine
1/2 c flour
1 12oz evaporated milk
2 cans chicken broth
1 c chicken, cooked and finely chopped
3 cups potatoes, cooked and chopped
1 c carrots, cooked and chopped
1 c peas

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in flour; add milk and chicken stock. Cook and stir until mixture thickens and comes to a boil; reduce heat. Stir in chicken, potatoes, carrots, peas and a dash of pepper. Heat again until boiling. Serve immediately. Sprinkle with seasoned salt if desired
