3 olive oil
1 stick butter
4 cloves copped garlic
1 cup light whipped cream
3 tbsp fresh parsley (rinsed dried and chopped)
1/3 cup of chardonnay
1/3 fresh chicken stock (or canned)
1 lb fresh button mushrooms (sliced)
1/2 lb gorgonzola cheese (crumbled)
1 lb linguine
* salt and pepper to taste

1.Heat olive oil in sauce pan and add mushrooms and salt and pepper to taste

2. Cook on med high for 5 min and strain

3. Return mushrooms to sauce pan and add 2 tbsp butter,wine and stock, reduce till almost gone 5-7 min, strain again

4. Return mushrooms again add 6 tbsp butter,garlic and cream. reduce by 1/2 about 5 min

5. Add gorgonzola and stir until smooth.

6. Toss with linguine and parsley
