1 small jar green olives (Chopped)
1/2 lb Sharp cheese (Grated) or 1 large Pkg.
2 tbsp. chopped onion (Finely)
1 bell pepper (Chopped)
1 small jar pimentos
1 boiled egg (Shredded)
1 sleeve of saltine crackers (Crushed)
1/4 cup Helmann's Mayo
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients together except for the pecans.
Form in a ball or log shape, then roll into pecans and freeze. To Freeze: wrap log in wax paper then into foil and freeze. Pull out about 30 minutes before serving.. Great with toll house crackers.
