1 1/4 cups of Milk
3/4 cup of Sugar
1 stick of Butter
3 Eggs (Yolk Only) save eggs whites for topping
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 sleeve of Saltine Crackers
1 Pie Crust

Topping: Meringue
3 egg whites
3 teaspoons of Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Bake Pie Crust as to directions on the box and then set aside. Mix all ingrediants together in a large sauce pan and heat until butter melts and the mixture gets thick. Then pour into Pie Crust.

To make Meringue Topping beat the 3 egg whites and 4 teaspoons of sugar until light and fluffy. Pour on top of Pie and bake just for a couple of minutes until meringue turns a very light brown.
