1 1/4 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
pinch of salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkgs. of vanilla pudding mix - not instant
6 T. soft margarine
1 (20 oz.) can and 1 regular size can of sliced peaches, drain and save juice
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. of cream cheese
1 c. sugar
8 T. of the reserved peach juice

Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, eggs, milk, pudding and margarine and pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Lay sliced peaches on top of batter. Whip cream cheese, sugar and peach juice. Spread over peaches leaving 1/2 inch edge around outside of pan.
Mix 1/4 c. sugar and 1 1/2 t. cinnamon and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. Bake @ 350 for 35 - 45 mins.
