Beets scrubbed clean, best to leave skins on.
Olive oil
Italian seasonings
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put clean beets ( if too large cut up) on well oiled cookie sheet. Drizzle and toss olive oil on them. Sprinkle with all seasonings and bake on high heat till tender. 400 degrees
