Ingredients:  
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 small can of mushrooms, drained
1 lb. ground chuck
3 T. lemon juice
3 T. red wine
1 can consomme
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/2 lb. wide noodles
1 c. sour cream
1 T. chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions, garlic, & mushrooms until lightly browned. Add beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until red disappears. Stir in lemon juice, wine, consomme, salt & pepper. Simmer uncovered 15 minutes then stir in uncooked noodles. Cook covered until noodles are tender. Mix in sour cream and heat quickly, but do not boil. Sprinkle with parsley and serve at once.
