1# ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 T salt
pepper
1 c barley (soak overnite or at least 2-3 hours ahead in 2 c water: Cook in soaking water.)
1 4oz can mushrooms
1 can peas w/juice
1 green pepper
1 can tomato soup


Directions:

Brown beef - saute onion, green pepper.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bake 1 hour - 350
