1 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese
1 stick of margarine
1 lb. peeled shrimp
1large onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 stalks of celery, chopped
2 T. margarine
1 can of mushroom soup
1 can of mushrooms, drained
1 T. garlic salt
1 t. Tabasco
1/2 t. red pepper
1 pint crab meat
3/4 c. cooked rice
sharp cheese, grated
cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt cream cheese and stick of margarine. Saute shrimp and veggies in 2 T. of margarine. Add to the 1st mixture. Add soup, mushrooms, seasonings, crab meat and rice. Mix well. Put in a 2 quart casserole and top with cheese and cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 for 20 - 30 minutes until bubbly.
