1 Cup Flour
3/4 Cup Sugar
2 TLB Baking Cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk
2 TLB Oil
1 Cup nuts (if desired)

Topping:
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Baking Cocoa
1 3/4 Cups Very Hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt in un-greased square pan - 9x9x2. Mix in milk, oil and vanilla with fork until smooth. Stir in nuts Spread batter evenly in pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa. Pour hot water over top. Bake 40 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes. Spoon into dessert dishes. Top with ice cream; Spoon Hot Fudge Sauce over each serving.
