1 stick of margarine
1 can of consomme
1 can of onion/beef stock soup
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can of mushrooms, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in 2 qt. casserole dish. Add soups, rice, & mushrooms and stir. Bake at 350 until rice absorbs all of liquid. Stir occasionally.
