Directions:
Cook wild rice by boiling in 3 cups chicken broth for 40 minutes on stove top. Do not overcook. Saute the sausage if your using it. Then in same pan, saute the celery, onion and fresh mushrooms in butter for 2-3 minutes. Combine all the rest ingredients including the cooked wild rice. If too dry add more chicken broth. I usually need a extra can of broth.

Personal Notes:
This is a basic dressing I use, sometimes I omit the rice or the sausage or add chopped turkey into it. If I have extra after stuffing the turkey I bake in a covered well greased pan in oven. 350 degrees for about an hour. Then when turkey is done I'll mix the extra stuffing with the turkey dressing.
