20 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese; shredded
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple; set juice aside. Add flour and sugar to juice; mix well. Add pineapple and grated cheese; mix well. Pour into greased baking dish, spread cracker crumbs on the top of pineapple mixture. Dot with butter. Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 25 minutes.
