Carrot mixture:
2 lbs. carrots; cooked and mashed
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter; melted
2 eggs; beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:
2/3 c. brown sugar; packed
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. cold butter
2/3 c. pecans; chopped
2/3 c. flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Combine carrot mixture ingredients; place in greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Combine brown sugar and flour; cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in nuts and coconut. Sprinkle over carrot mixture. Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350 oven for 30 minutes or until heated through.
