2 packages (10 oz each) frozen chopped broccoli
2 eggs; beaten
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 - 1/2 c. butter
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 stack Ritz crackers; crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli until tender; drain well. Combine remaining ingredients except crackers and butter. Mix with broccoli. Place in a buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with cracker crumbles and dot with butter. Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 45-50 minutes or until heated through.
