2 eggs, separated
2/3 c. maple syrup
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cream

Directions:
Directions:
Beat yolks until light; add syrup and milk. Cook over double boiler, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Pour over stiffly beaten egg whites and mix; cool. When cool, add cream and freeze according to your ice cream machines manufacturers instructions.
