1/2 c. butter; melted
1/2 c. brown sugar; packed
36 pecan halves
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 c. biscuit mix
1/3 c. unsweetened applesauce
1/3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon. In 12 greased muffin cups, place 2 teaspoons of butter and 2 teaspoons brown sugar cinnamon mixture. Place 3 pecan halves in each cup. In a mixing bowl, combine biscuit mix, applesauce and milk just until mixed. Spoon evenly in muffin cups. Bake in 450 oven for 10 minutes. Immediately invert onto serving platter. Serve warm.
